Beach Ball Classic Here at the Grand Strand

Thousands of tourists came to town recently for the Beach Ball Classic and the Offense-Defense Sports high school football bowl at the Convention Center. Both groups brought additional economic life to Grand Strand. Top football talent, ranging from Little Leaguer to high school students, arrived with hundreds of them saying that, being from Texas, Nevada, and Florida, they have never before visited South Carolina.
