Design on Display
We are accustomed to seeing graphic design in ads, selling products. Posters can also be great works of art, selling ideas, stating issues. Costal Carolina University's Bryan Gallery in Conway hosted a free art show M-F, 9am-5pm, through April 15 with works from 19 designers of 7 countries. This colorful art exhibit demonstrates artists' skills to educate, move, proclaim. Says the gallery's curator, Rebecca Randall, "It's a way of claiming your space."
