Hot Summer Nights in Myrtle Beach
The Oceanfront Merchants Association and the City of Myrtle Beach hold free entertainment called "Hot Summer Nights." Held at the intersection of Ocean Boulevard and Mr. Joe White Avenue, the concerts run from 8 pm to midnight. The next one, Saturday, August 8th, features "Painted Man." Mondays is "kids' carnival" night from 7-10pm at Plyler Park, and Wednesdays at 9:30 pm at the Second Avenue Pier are fireworks. Street performers on Sundays.
