Myrtle Beach Condos and Oceanfront Hotel in One

Many years ago, the Myrtle Beach SC coastline was populated by either beach houses or small oceanfront hotels. Not too long ago many hotels gave way to condos, as owners felt that the oceanfront's valuable real estate could be sold to individual owners who could then rent their properties to guests. The condo-tel was born. The Grande Shores Oceanfront Resort is one of the few hybrids in Myrtle Beach. The resort is comprised of owned condominiums and hotel rooms. This combination is one of the reasons that the Grande Shores Resort is so popular. There seems to be a room type for just about every guest, along with wonderful service, onsite dining and eleven pools including a roof top pool that will remind you of being on a ship's bow as you sail along the ocean. The Grande Shores in Myrtle Beach may not be the newest resort, but like a fine wine, it has gotten better with age.
