Myrtle Beach Golf Courses Get Facelifts
The Legends Resort Heathland Golf Course reopens today after management upgraded the greens with Champions ultra-dwarf Bermuda grass. Additionally, the Heritage Club, which reopens Thursday after being closed since June 18, has new grass on its greens, as well as the addition of a fourth set of tees and more length added onto to the three existing. Beautification came by way of ornamental plant beds, and the clubhouse received a power wash, new bathrooms and carpeting.
Finally, Heathland, also part of the Legends Group, which closed on June 25th for updates, has upgraded their greens and changed the tee boxes on the third and eighth holes. Bunkers were also modified with the addition of sand and better drainage.
