In this edition of our newsletter, we’re thrilled to share the news of our on-site restaurant’s re-opening with a fresh new look, introduce a new team member joining the Grande Shores family, and highlight our upcoming Thanksgiving Dinner, a festive feast you won’t want to miss. We’re thrilled to announce the grand re-opening of our Shoreline Café, which will debut its brand-new look at the beginning of November! After a well-deserved refresh, our beloved on-site restaurant is ready to welcome guests back with a bright new atmosphere, comfortable new seating, and delicious new menu items that celebrate the flavors of the coast.
We can’t wait for you to experience the fresh energy and good vibes that fill the Shoreline Café once again. And be sure to stay tuned because we’ll be sharing even more updates soon as our other on-site eateries receive their own special enhancements in the near future!

Catching the Vibe with the Longwood Class of 1982
This August, Grande Shores Ocean Resort had the pleasure of welcoming the Longwood Class of 1982 for a weekend to remember! The group kicked off their reunion in style with an elegant all-white meet and greet on our oceanfront lawn. It is the perfect setting to reconnect and reminisce beneath the coastal sky. Their celebration continued with a scenic evening aboard the Barefoot Queen River Cruise, followed by a lively “Dress Your Favorite Era” banquet that brought plenty of laughter, nostalgia, and good vibes to close out the weekend!

A Warm Welcome to Our New General Manager, Lya!
The Grande Shores family is thrilled to welcome Lya, our new General Manager! Bringing with her over 35 years in the service industry, Lya’s career began in Food & Beverage, a field that will always remain one of her greatest passions. Over the years, she’s worked her way up from Reservations Representative to General Manager, gaining invaluable experience and a deep appreciation for every aspect of hospitality along the way.
Her strong leadership, dedication to service excellence, and genuine love for creating memorable guest experiences are already making a wonderful impression on our team and guests alike. Lya’s background in managing resort operations and fostering positive, guest-focused environments will help guide Grande Shores into an exciting new chapter.
